This is the state of our market today.. Very low inventory , multiple offers, strong offers, and low interest rates, these few things are fueling our real estate market.
Buyers are ready but inventory or the lack of it is having buyers making multi-offers , raising the prices and knocking the lowest offers out, hoping to get the next one.
Sellers on the other hand are ready to move but are having the same problem with finding a home to move up to!
The main problem is builders aren’t building as much due to the rise of material pricing so high at this time builders have slowed their pace, but must continue due to the huge demand from the public!!!
