To receive suc a wonderful letter from a potential client that had started with another agent, because they felt they were not getting the service they needed. Well I asked the client to stay with them a bit longer and express your concerns in hopes they would do better of contacting them. I care not to step on others toes when they’re working with clients. I didn’t know this agent but thought it wouldn’t be fair not to give them a fair chance to change things. They did change the way they stayed in touch with my friend, by now, and the outcome was good! I always think it’s the best practice to not take business from others, if the client is not happy long enough they do know how to get in touch with me, because I believe it’s best to try to aid them if you can without stepping on their agents toes.
Good day Debra,
I wish to express my sincere thanks for the courtesy you showed me during my time of seeking a home. I feel that you were very dedicated to finding the right place for myself and my family. You were out assisting me in my search on days when it was clear that you were under the weather and could have easily canceled, but you did not. This spoke volumes for your dedication to your work. Even after I chose a home you continued to check on me and offered any assistance you could with helping me to understand the process of things to come as I am a first time home buyer.
I would wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone I know seeking services with purchasing a home to call their own.
Thanks could never express enough my gratitude for your assistance,
Lynda Graddick and Family
