This Fall Hill rezoning project has finally received it’s approval after being turned down twice. I know this is a needed project for any reasons, a few major ones would be, because The Hamptons Phase II will include 78 town-houses,five apartment complex with a total of 120 units, and the developer plans to use a Low Income Housing Tax for the proposed 120 units.
The apartments will offer tax credits to make them affordable where median income can afford. The roads have been widening to help ease traffic, but in my opinion they missed a great chance to add an exit off of Fall Hill Road to Instate 95.
This will bring more jobs, so people who live here can work where they reside!
